Kamo Marsh Landscape Architects were involved from the early site planning to concept design for this large rural property. We worked closely with the clients to develop a low maintenance and pleasing planting palette and created a detailed design plan for efficient construction.   A strong sense of place and permanence was developed by  relocating number of mature specimen trees.  Outdoor spaces flow directly from the house and clever tree placement creates intimate spaces as well as larger outdoor rooms for all year round enjoyment.  Kamo Marsh designed the swimming pool and tennis court surrounds, kids playground, vegetable gardens and on site stormwater treatment.   This extraordinary property won a Silver Medal at the NZ Landscaper Awards 2022.
